If the law requires us to notify you, we will provide you with sufficient information to allow you to take protective measures against the potential consequences of the breach.

We may transfer your personal information outside of the country where it was collected to a foreign country. By submitting your personal information, you agree to us transferring, storing or processing it in a foreign country with less stringent data protection laws than the country in which it was collected. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely. All sub-processors and third party service providers are under appropriate contractual obligations to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your personal information.

We endeavour to always do our best to comply with applicable data protection laws, when processing your personal information collected through our site, from marketing efforts, as well as through our services. Our website is hosted on a secure server and uses security measures to prevent interference by intruders. We authorise access to personal information only for those personnel who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities. We implement disaster recovery procedures where appropriate. We require our partners with whom we share personal information, to implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
